  • The item is returned in its original condition

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted, even if only partially used.

Returns requested after the 14-day period are not eligible for approval.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products with missing or damaged safety seals
  • Items returned without authorization

Return Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any item, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Shipping fees incurred when returning products to Herbal Source are also not reimbursed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as Herbal Source is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


Refund Processing

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
