Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays after 12:00 PM (EST), weekends, or holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard ground shipping is fulfilled using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on destination and package size.

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days after shipment

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail is used for free shipping orders of $39.00 or more and for select paid shipping options.

Estimated delivery time: Typically 2 to 3 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping rates are based on order value and selected shipping method:

Orders from $0.99 to $9.99
USPS Ground / UPS Ground: $4.95
Orders from $10.00 to $38.99
USPS Priority Mail: $6.95
Orders of $39.00 or more
Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail

Free shipping applies only to USPS Priority Mail.

Herbal Source ships to:

Addresses within the United States
U.S. Territories
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Sales Tax, Customs, and Duties

Sales tax is charged only for orders shipped to addresses within the State of California, as required by law.

Herbal Source LLC is not responsible for customs duties, tariffs, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. Herbal Source LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an address cannot be verified, we may attempt to contact the customer to request an updated address. If a valid address cannot be confirmed, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Herbal Source LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
